Step-by-step guidance for common device settings

Download Only from Rythu Bharosa Portal

  1. Use ONLY the official Rythu Bharosa portal download link.
  2. Other sources may not work or may be unsafe.

Disable Play Protect (temporarily to install)

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile (top-right).
  3. Play Protect → Settings (gear icon).
  4. Turn OFF 'Scan apps with Play Protect'.
  5. Install the APK.
  6. After installation, Turn Play Protect back ON.

Install Error (can't open the file)

  1. Open Files app from apps list.
  2. Go to Downloads folder.
  3. Click on DCS apk file to install the app.
  4. Always check for the version number of app after installing (latest version for the season is > 2.7.1).

Disable Developer Options

  1. Open Settings → About Phone.
  2. Tap 'Build number' 7 times (if needed to reveal Developer Options).
  3. Go back → System → Developer Options.
  4. Turn OFF Developer Options.
  5. Restart the DCS Crop Booking app.

OTP Auto-Read Troubleshooting

  1. Check network signal strength.
  2. Please check if the SMS permission is enabled for the DCS app on your device. If SMS permission is not granted or if the app restricts SMS access, please visit the next page “Phone Models & Steps” for detailed, brand-specific instructions on how to allow SMS permissions and enable restricted access
  3. Ensure SMS inbox is not full.
  4. Tap 'Reload' inside the app to retry reading OTP.
  5. If still not working, request a new OTP.

Map Issue Troubleshooting

  1. Submit the issue by selecting Map Issue in the Report New Issue tab, select the village, and describe the problem related to the map.
  2. If the map is showing completely red or misplaced, inform the concerned department to disable the map until the issue is resolved.

Use the Report New Issue tab to file your complaint and track its progress.

Mock GPS Apps Not Allowed

  1. Uninstall or disable any third-party mock GPS / location apps.
  2. Relaunch DCS app.

Stable Internet Required

  1. Ensure Wi‑Fi or 4G/5G is stable before login.
  2. Retry after reconnecting.

Camera Issues

  1. Close the app, remove it from recent apps, and open it again.
  2. Check all necessary permissions (camera, location) and try again.
  3. Restart the device and check again.

Location Troubleshooting

  1. Close the app, remove it from recent apps, and open it again.
  2. Click the recenter button inside the DCS app to refresh your location.
  3. Open Google Maps, click the recent location button to get current location, then return to the DCS app.
  4. Restart the device and check again.

Survey Number Not Visible

  1. If some survey numbers are not visible, it can be due to two types of booking methods:
    • Booking with Cadastral Map (DCS)
    • Normal Booking
    The survey number may be visible under normal booking even if not in DCS booking.
  2. In some cases, the survey number polygon might be missing from the map. For such cases, you can continue booking by searching for the survey number from list.
  3. If you are consistently unable to locate a particular survey number, report the issue for verification and rectification of the data.
Note: Download the app only from the official Rythu Bharosa portal. After installing with Play Protect disabled, please enable it again for security.
